I am having a very hard time looking for drivers for my Compaq Ipaq wireless 802.11b wireless pc card HNW-100

I have looked all over this site and googled it and still unable to find the drivers
i am needing drivers for winxp and win2k

I saw your post about the XP drivers for the HNW-100 card. Has anyone been able to find these drivers? I am having the same trouble having looked all over google and dogpile.

wow i didnt know that there was so many response to this..

i did try the compaq wl110 drivers and it did not work on xp nor 2k

on the card it self it has the following printed on it
Compaq iPAQ Networking 11Mbps Wireless PCCard

the card came with a CD which has unsigned drivers that will work in xp and 2k but it is old and i am wanting to know if there is any updated drivers.

Also this is a pcmcia device and not usb device.

I downloaded the ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/softpaq/sp21001-21500/SP21040.txt
and the SP21040.exe

I am still unable to get it to work on a Window 2000 Pro OS

Perhaps it is because I am not using one of the specified Compaq Presario notebooks?

I have a HP Pavilion N5340

Or am I missing networking software?

The paviliion crashed and Windows needed to be reinstalled. I could not find Win Me so I put in Windows 2000.

The card worked fine in Win Me. I do not have the original installation instructions with me (nor do I have the software, if any)
