HPUX IPSec support?

HPUX IPSec support?

Dudes and Dudettes:
Twenty minutes or so of web searching didn't turn-up a definitive statement on HPUX support for IPSec. Looks like 10.20 supports it only with certain extra-cost products and 11.0 supports it native. What's the word?
Thanks....Nick G.

Re: HPUX IPSec support?

The datasheet on IP/Sec states it is free for HP-UX 11.0. It does not say one way or the other about IP/Sec on 10.2. If you search the manuals, IP/Sec comes up under the 10.2 manuals, implying that it can be made to operate under 10.2. I am also interested in the answer to the question of IP/Sec on 10.2.

Re: HPUX IPSec support?

IPSec will only run on 11.X platforms. Sorry!

Nick,

Don?t even try HP-UX 10.20 ? You will NEED HP-UX 11.00 .
