How to configure standby LAN on HP UX

Will anyone help on setting up the standby LAN for the primary data IP of HP UX. It should only get active once the primary LAN fail.

For 11.31 try

 

# nwmgr -a -S apa -c lan905 -A links=3,4 -A mode=LAN_MONITOR

 

# nwmgr -s -A all --fr cu --sa -S apa

 

for lan3 as primary, lan4 as standby.
