How to open ports in hp-ux ?

I am a hp-ux user and there is a need to open port 7021 on that server.

Can anyone teach just for the configuration stage open port 7021?

   I don't know what that means (to you).  What, exactly, are you trying
to do?

you cannot just "open a port", you need a daemon listening on that specific port, like httpd is listening on port 80 and wait for connection requests.

Besides having a process listen to a port, you need to make sure the port isn't blocked by a firewall.
