My server get faulty suddenly: network connection is lost, monitor is black,..

I have a hpdl380g6 server. It has a client server based software started on it. I work from a pc connected to it from network. Server is on 24/7 manner all the time.
Today suddenly server became faulty, the situation are:
1- suddenly the client connection to server lost, but other NE in this network are connected to each other.
2- I decide to work on server locally, connect peripheral like mouse, keyboard, monitor. Key board led didn’t get light, monitor screen is black.
3- server hdd is green but without blinking.
4- Unfortunately server ILI port is not configured !
So would you please advise which safe test I can do, how can I get ride of this condition!

Cause there isn’t any way to enter the server, i power it off, after 5 minutes power it on. Now every thing is OK!
