NO BUFFER and Receive Erros on NIC

Hi 

2 x HP NC550SFP Dual Port 10GbE are teamed together with Full Duplex

 

There are # numbers in receive errors and no buffers. The number matches for these both parameters.

 

1st NIC it reports Receive Error=No Buffer = 433

2nd NIC, Receive Error=No Buffer = 0

 

What are these numbers mean and do they cause any network performance related issue?
