NTP over IPV6 for HPUX 11.31

[SONY-HPUX-SERVER]

Has anyone setup an ntp server using IPV6 address on HPUX 11.31 ... ntpd not responding to IPv6 queries

It appears that support for IP v6 was not included until NTP version 4.
