Our customer runs an application on one of our L2000s running 11.0, and they are getting strange network errors that don't seem to mean much to me:
System error (errno = 52): Stream ioctl timeout
Has anyone heard of a "stream ioctl timeout?" It's causing a communication failure in their app, and seems to happen more frequently as the uptime of the system grows. If we reboot, it disappears for a while. Memory leak, maybe? Any ideas? Thanks!

Re: Networking error: "stream ioctl timeout"
Errno 52 means .. timer expired.
X.25 patch may be what you need .. at least it was the issue on 10.20. Not sure on 11.00.

Solution
Hi Matt,
Ensure you have latest Stream Cumulative patch applied on the system.
Since the application is streams based, you might want to check stream kernel parameters as well.
Check for system resources utilization for CPU , memory , swap etc.
