Permission denied in svcudp_create()

Hi,

I am getting EACCES "permission denied" when I try to create udp socket using svcudp_create( RPC_ANYSOCK). Please help me out in finding the root cause of the issue.

P.S : I am using "root" user and my machine is HP UX B.11.00

you could check with tusc which syscall is failing
