SNMP service error

Hi, we have a DL385 win2003R2sp1,exch2003sp2,
the following events occurs daily 2 times:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: SNMP
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1501
Date: 12/21/2006
Time: 8:23:05 AM
User: N/A
Computer: EXCH01
Description:
The SNMP Service encountered an error while setting up the incoming transports.\n The IP transport has been dropped out.

I don't really konw where to start for search for the cause of this problem, any one can help please?
