Teamed NICs need to "repair" run to work

Hi there,
We have the two onboard NC371i nics on a DL580G4 Teamed.
They are set to automatic team settings, and they negotiate a 802.3ad team successfully.

Soemtimes, after a reboot, although the team sets up, and all links start, the server cannot be reached until a "repair" is run from within network connections.
ipconfig displays expected info, but can;t ping the server or out until the repair is done.
Running Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise.
NICS are running drivers 2.8.13.0
Teaming software 8.40

Regards,
Andrew

did you ever get a resolution to this issue? I experience a very similar problem after reboots on two of my servers.

We don't have the issue any more.

We are centainly running different drivers

4.5.2.0 (18/7/08) Nic Driver and 9.30.0.0 of the teaming software.

I'm not sure what was actually done to fix this though.
