VIM functions slow on HPUX11.31

Hi, 

In VIM paste function running very slow  on HP-UX11.31

Same VIM functions working on  HP-UX11.23 and latest OE HP-UX11.31.

Current OE on 11.31

HPUX11i-VSE-OE                        B.11.31.1103   HP-UX Virtual Server Operating Environment

and  with latest OE VIM functions working fine

HPUX11i-DC-OE                         B.11.31.1209   HP-UX Data Center Operating Environment

Please suggest without update  OE can we apply any patch to work VIM properly on  B.11.31.1103?
