WG511T causes BSOD on Omnibook 41xx series

Hi all! I've installed Netgear WG511T wireless cards on two Omnibooks on my network running XP Pro SP2. One is a 4100 and the other is a 4150b. Both installs went okay, and I'm using version 3.40 of the card driver (XP quality certified). I'm using a WGT624 wireless router with WPA enabled and running at 108 MBPS.

With both Omnibooks when I try to transfer a large file (over 1 MB) the machine will BSOD with a driver error. Tried Microsoft KB, HP support and Netgear's knowledge base. No solution. I've tried both driver versions that support WPA (3.40 and 3.60).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
