Shows the above output . In that how can i identify lan 4 and lan5 link speed .which configuration file it configured?

By default cards are set to auto-negotiate.  The easiest way may be to query the system and see what it things.

 

# lanadmin -x 4

# lanadmin -x 5

It will shows

 

# lanadmin -x 4
Speed = 100 Full-Duplex.
Autonegotiation = Off.
