How can a network attack file be created (DoS...) to be able to test the network?

Network attack file ? You are better off working with one of those well-known freely available network vulnerability testing tools, like SATAN, NESSUS etc. There are more than a plenty available to suit any environment.
Learn What to do ,How to do and more importantly When to do ?
