The MTU on a given connection is displayed with the SHOW INTERFACE command.

Is there one? Individual _services_ can have
connection limits:
TCPIP> show service /full ftp
Service: FTP
State: Enabled
Port: 21 Protocol: TCP Address: 0.0.0.0
Inactivity: 5 User_name: TCPIP$FTP Process: TCPIP$FTP
Limit: 10 Active: 0 Peak: 4
[...]
