third post, they keep getting lost! 4000m firmware

I have posted this to the forum three times and it is never there when I go back to look for it. Others have been but this particular topic keeps dissappearing... Odd.
I need to update the firmware in my j4121a (4000m)switch to the latest version and the toptools software keeps telling me the download (from the hp ftpserver?) failed and so the firmware table is empty. I tried placing the extracted swi files into the DLD directory but they arent seen that way either

Regarding the missing post, you can go to your profile and click on "his/her questions". That will give you a comprehensive list of all your posts, for all the HP forum categories.

I don't know about the firmware issue.
