Keep receiving "User Triggered Autosupport" alert mails from Nimble

Hi All,

We received these alerts from Nimble two times today.

Our questions are as follows:

1. What actually happened?

2. How to suppress these alerts from recurring in the future?

3. How to change the recipient of these alerts? (We can't find the settings on Infosight or the Nimble web UI)

These are automated Infosight alerts generated to acknowledge that we've received the dummy Nimble DNA from the array when this button is clicked by an end user.

The email is sent to the primary support contact for the array asset. If you would like to change this email address to something else please have a quick chat with Nimble Support who can action it for you.
