Site Analyzer Engagements Disabled - 12/11/2016
Nimble is disabling creation of *new engagements* using SiteAnalyzer.
The tool and has been in high demand - adoption has been great over the last few months. Too much demand.
The high-demand has caused problematic symptoms with delays in processing and reporting.
Consequently, no new engagements will be supported at this time.
Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis – Special requests for new engagements using SiteAnalyzer are to be sent to to your local Nimble SE.
What about the in-flight data collection and reports that are already active?
There will be no interruptions to the engagements that are currently in progress.
These engagements will be completed and reports will be generated in a timely manner.
The plan is to re-architect and release a robust solution that is able to scale efficiently and handle large volumes of data in CY Q1 2017.
What about the NSS Spiff for Site Analyzer assessments?
We will honor the SPIFF for any engagements currently in Progress.
Will there still be a NSS Contest for the period ending 30 Jan 2017?
YES! We are evaluating alternatives and will get back to you shortly.
