Porting to NonStop using NSDEE - RPC help requested

A member of my team is in the process of porting our shared library/application plugin to NonStop using the NSDEE (60day eval license), and have hit a brick wall.  We have a dependency on ONC-RPC, and it appears that NonStop doesn't actually support such.

A quick web search brought up NobleNet RPC (circa 1997), but not much else.

Is there a NonStop RPC (headers/libraries) that we can access/purchase and use with NSDEE?
