NS Server Console - Patch update

Hi experts!

I am new in NonStop administration. I'm having a probem with the RDP error: Oracle CredSSP Encryption on Remote Desktop Connection Error and i am trying to resolve this with patching. 

My worry is if i restart the NS Console server, does the NS server(\PN1 Production) will also restart?

The NonStop console is a Windows Server, and operates independently from the Nonstop Server. You can reboot it with no impact to your NonStop server.
