HPE Discover More Tokyo: Key OEM highlights from the show

The future of computing has become one of the most-talked-about tech trends today, and for all good reasons of course. As more businesses are now adopting cloud computing, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has committed itself to create added value, thereby underlining the importance of edge computing. To prove its strong commitment, the HPE Discover More caravan made a stop in Tokyo on July 30th. The show focused on how technology, apps and data from the Edge, to the Cloud can come together for your enterprise to redefine experiences and drive smarter, hyper-efficient operations.

HPE Discover More 2019 Tokyo created an incredible opportunity for thousands of attendees to connect directly with our OEM sessions, demos, face-to-face meetings. Here are the 3 OEM partner solutions that were showcased at the event:

  • STAN Systems: This year, STAN Systems demonstrated their smart plant solution at the Discover More's OEM booth. They use the HPE Edgeline GL20 IoT Gateway in a Smart Plant demonstration experiment for an LED plant factory run by the Tokushima Prefecture. STAN Systems, now an HPE OEM partner, plans to apply this solution to other areas and to contribute to industrial development in Tokushima. This partnership has been very beneficial for STAN Systems, and now they are looking forward to explore the possibilities of what the edge can do for future business development.
