How did HPE OEM help HPC Systems run high-intensity workloads & improve business sales?
Over the years, we have witnessed how data played a crucial role in making ground-breaking scientific discoveries, game-changing innovations, and improving the quality of people's lives across the world. A significant step up from average data analysis, high-performance computing provides the extra horsepower needed to process, store, and analyze big data at scale. This is why high-performance computing is gaining the attention and traction of a wider number of businesses spanning an array of fields. However, to take on the challenges of supporting extreme workloads, businesses need a powerful, space-efficient platform for high-density computing. When it came to the Tokyo-based HPC Systems Inc., the company partnered with HPE OEM program to acquire the high-performance, scalable, and reliable HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 Servers to meet diverse complex computing demands.
HPC Systems Inc. is a fast-growing systems integrator of High-Performance Computing and provider of Computing Solutions and Software. The company stands out in computational science, including the complex field of fluid-structure interaction (FSI) used in CAE for the automobile industry. Because the demands of FSI-driven CAE projects can vary widely, HPC Systems chose to build its solutions on HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 Servers that provides ample space to add CPU, memory, and disk drives, all in a high-density 1U footprint.
Through HPE ProLiant Gen10 servers, HPC Systems can power its specialized highโperformance computing solutions, assuring robust performance, reliability, and scale. The HPE OEM program also helps the company grow its business by leveraging the global reach and expert support services of HPE.
According to Masayasu Saito, director of the HPC Division, โHPE offers the highest product quality and technical capabilities required for our HPC solutions. I believe the HPE OEM program has the potential to impact not only product procurement efficiency but also to improve our business sales".
He further adds that support services are one of the most important aspects of the HPE OEM program. Hence, it encompasses longer warranty periods and the availability of operational services from HPE Pointnext Services such as HPE Foundation Care.
