DEL - FNC3 - FNC2 - SHIFT - CODE C - FNC4 - CODE A - FNC1

There are lots of sites on the Internet with this info. You can try this one or go to Yahoo and search on ASCII codes.

It's on the Appendix page of most programming books.

Like Pascal, even old Win 3.1 manuals have that at the Appendix section - found at the end of the book.
