Colorado T3000 error codes

When tring to back-up my hard drive I get the message tape not formated, then
when trying to format the tape I get 2 error codes 110B (11010,1) and then
1320
(13408,3)then the computer shuts down.. My O.S is Win98 ver4 and a AMD K-6#3
450 MHZ.the motherboard is a Asus socket 7 100 MHZ. Help please !!

John,

What are you using to do the backups? Win98 backup Utility should work. When
you say the whole machine shutsdown what errors do you get? There might be
something else going on with the machine if that's the case.

I solved the shut down problem by removing the Colorado Tape backup program..
When using the back-up program in Win 98 I still get a error code ( a new one
)An error occurred when attempting to format the media (OB-09-15-01-100B).. I'm
about to pull to pull my hair out..
