getting an error at startup.

DW stands for DownloadWare - spyware generally installed with shareware/file sharing programs, you probably have others like Precisiontime and Gator. Use the free AdAware http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ or Spybot http://beam.to/spybotsd to remove this poorly written, evil garbage.
