Excel and Word scrolling problem in Metaframe XP on HP-UX11i on C8000 workstations

Hi,
We run Citrix Metaframe XP on C8000 workstations running HP-UX 11i. When you have a large Excel spreadsheet open, clicking on the vertical scroll bar starts the spreadsheet scrolling down repeatedly, and not a page at a time as you would expect. The 'page up' and 'page down' keys work as they should.

The problem in Word is similar, but only seems to be a problem when you want to scroll up through the document.

Has anyone come across this problem before?
