Re: Global address list?? - microsoft outlook

The Gobal Address Book is provided by your Exchange Server.

You would have to delete the user, or, not publish then on Exchange.

The only area that you can control directly (unless you ARE the Exchange Admin), are the entries in your local Contact list or Address Book.

You can open the Active Directory Users and Computers console (on a workstation that has the ESM installed, open the Properties for the user in question, find the Exchange Advanced tab that has the option

"Hide from Exchange Address List"

and select it...

That's what NMCI does.. hides the USER when the profile is created.

You can view each users properties within Active Directory and if you have the right privledges, you can edit or delete those users.
