HP 2 in 1, often keyboard doesn't respond

I bought a HP 2 in 1, this means is a tablet AND laptop with a detachabla keyboard. Oftenly the keyboard have troubles, like now. I type on them but it doesn't respond.

In previous opportunities I went to Device Manager and Uninstall and install again drivers, but now this alternative is not working.

Can someone help me with this?
