HP Color Laserjet 5

Hello! Our HP Color Laserjet 5 no longer prints fonts on top of colors. We
tried using Word, Excel and Visio and had no luck. I tried changing the
default document properties to print the fonts as graphics, but that didn't
work. Any ideas? Thank you!!!

If :
1- You tried to print from another computer.
2- Had reinstalled the printer drivers.
3- Had reinstalled the operating system.
4- Had made a reset in the menu of the printer to the defaults.

and the problems continues, send the printer to repair.
