HP DL360 Gen10 Windows Server 2019 License

Hello!

We have ordered 2 different Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard licences for HP DL360 Gen10 servers:

1. P11058-251 (I guess box license)
2. P73-07797 (I guess OEM license)

Both of them has Russian language included.

Questions:

1. Can we install English language OS and use on these licences?
2. What license can be easily replaced to English?

Answers as below 

1. Can we install English language OS and use on these licences? - You will need to use OEM media to use these lincenses , These licenses may not work on any English language OS ISO 
2. What license can be easily replaced to English? - You may need to use the license to install it in the languaue which you purchased and then after that you can add English language pack to use it in English
