HP DV Series Laptop Keyboard Problems G,H, Backspace " ' "

Am having some problems getting HP to honor thier warrnty on an HP DV9700 laptop. (3 months old). HP service center has stated it was due to water damage. Noticed other people having same issues. What is the solution????? Have read up about foxconn connector problems.. I absolutly find it very hard to believe that other people would have the exact same problem with exactly the same keys due to water.. someone please help
