HP Pavilion XE746

I need a set of recovery CD for this model of HP. HP says that isn't any more due to some crazy agreement with MicroSoft.

Can anyone help me?

XP has a recovery partition on the computer.

98 and ME recovery cds can be obtained from http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?product=60361&cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&docname=bph07143

HP is bound by MicroSoft requirements.
"NOTE: HP does not produce recovery discs that contain Microsoft software that is considered obsolete by Microsoft, such as Windows 3.1 and 95. "
