HP deskjet 610 second page lockup

I have a number of sites using a dos based program that have been reporting for
the last 6 weeks that the printers just stop as soon as they start to print the
second page of a document ????
Any ideas ...

Paul,

I visited the HP Deskjet 610 webpage and I don't think that printing in DOS is
supported. There were print drivers for Windows 3.1, 3.11, 95, 98 and Windows
NT 4.0.
