How to change the language option of my PC

Hi everyone! My PC wasn't functioning well, so I had to refresh it and when I did, the language changed to Arabic which I do not understand. I have done all I could and I still can't figure it out. Please I need help. Thanks!!

What model HP PC do you have? What Windows version?
