Hi There
Since I had some new versions on my laptop it has developed a problem of freezing so oftenly especially when playing dvd and music using cyberlink dvd player.

is the freeze permanent or temporarily?
If is one temporarily it might be a shoratage in available physical memory and the computer starts to swap a.k.a. paging.
