Keyboard lock status lamp

We have some Vectra VL400 that can not be booted because of the Keyboard Lock status lamp is on. How you reset or unlock this?

Clear the CMOS with the procedure on page 69 of

http://h200005.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/lpv06505/lpv06505.pdf

It will take time to load tho it is only .7M. Be patient.
