Lost Scan program

My Microsoft program automatically updated recently. I awoke to find no HP scan icon on my desktop and cannot find it to use it. I have a JetPro 2000

Hi,

You have reached the wrong company for HP products (Laptops, Desktops, Printers)

For HP products, you may have to register and post in the HP Support Forums: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/

As said - wrong company.

 

However, check out the HP scan and capture app in microsoft store for windows 10 - this works very well.
