MS Outlook kills my keyboard
I have 4 HP Brio BA200 computers, which I just upgraded to MSOffice Pro 2000. I also patched to SR-1.
When I run Outlook, the keyboard stops working at all. The mouse continues to work fine.
I have updated BIOS, uninstalled and re-installed MSOffice, and tried different keyboards to no effect. The keyboards that came with the Brios are C4744 models, and there are no specific drivers on the web site for download.
Any ideas?

The bigger they are, the harder they fall.

Re: MS Outlook kills my keyboard
Hello Michael,
This Microsoft article might help you out. It talks about problems with Brio and Outlook. The article indicates there is a problem with the keyboard locking/hanging when new mail is received.
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q257/7/47.ASP
Please let us know if either of those workarounds resolve the problem.
The problem and resolution is also documented on the HP Brio support page.
