Mount 2008 NTFS on Windows 2003?

I have a question, and I dont know if its possible or not.

I have Windows 2008 server that is a VM in Vmware. It has 2 LUNs that are presented to the ESX server then to the 2008 server. Looking at the filesystem on 2008 server, it looks to be NTFS. The LUNs are coming from a HP EVA, and Im taking a snapshot and then presenting them to a Windows 2003 server (Physical). The drives show up in disk manager, but I cannot mount them, they show up as unknown.
