My Computer does not recognize cd/dvd drives

Under device manager, the two drives on my computer are visible, but they both contain a

A black exclamation point (!) on a yellow field indicates the device is in a problem state. Note that a device that is in a problem state can be functioning.

one drive gives me code 19 under drive status

another drive gives me code 41 under drive status..

i have tried using the troubleshooting button but have found no success

any help would be appreciated

They appear to be registry errors caused by your cr-dvd drives.
Google error code and look for answers.
