Need Administrator privledge to install driver ec680

The only account has administrator privilidge.
But will not let me install the driver for the EC680 analog tv tuner card
Brand New DV9207us laptop 4/14/2007
Included w/laptop CD and Video card

create a new user add the administrator rights to the user and install.

What is the error you are getting while installing the driver... you can create another user with Admin privileges and try installing it.

Let us know what you get.
