Office 2K Toolbar issue
One of my users is having a problem with the Office 2000 toolbar that is on the desktop. Whenever she tries to open a new document, message, contact or anything, she gets an error message that the file "wgscan.exe" is missing. Since I don't use the desktop toolbar, what can I do about it. Will simple repair fix this? Or installing the latest SP? Thanks for your answers.
