People can't send emails to us!!??

We are having a problem with emails. Other people from different companies can’t send to us emails, because they’re bounced back with a message that they don’t have permissions for sending to us emails. What can cause that problem and how to solve that???

Will you write down the EXACT wording of the returned email and post it here?

They have some how been blocked by your exchange server.

The exact error will throw some light.

I would assume you're mail server is an Exchange server.
Check out the Non-Delivery Report code you're receiving.
Look for the Code in this list:

If mail sent from different companies is not able to reach your domain you might as well have either a config problem or your domain has been an entry in a SPAM database.

Also, you must disable the Relay host option at your Excahnge server.
