Printing problems with 1600C on graphics
I have users that do desktop publishing and use Quark Express software. When they print to our HP5Si printers, there is no problem, but printing the same thing to the 1600C results in loss of borders and chunks of the graphics don't print. Any idea? (The printer is connected to a print server, has 16meg of ram and is using the print driver downloaded from HP.)

Re: Printing problems with 1600C on graphics
Hello,
You'll need to post your question in the appropriate printer forum or give the printer support team a call. You can access the printer forums by clicking the link on the right side of the forums (in the blue banner) that says HP User Community Forums - then follow the links to your model. If your model doesn't have a forum, you can call them at 208-323-2551. This is the Microsoft software forum.
Best regards,
Jamie Hughes
