Problem when installing Windows Server 2016 on ProLiant

 Hello Guys,

Im sorry for my english, but i need you.

Il would like install WServer 2016 STD edition on my ProLiant MicroServer Gen8 but during this installation, i have a error on my media driver's.

In my srv, i have 4 disk in RAID 1+0 on B120i RAID CONTROLLER.

I don't know why it are missing drivers.

I dowload many drivers but without sucess.

Maybe it's my B120i, i didn't find drivers for WS2016.

Thanks you for help and good day.

Re: Problem when installing Windows Server 2016 on ProLiant

Will you be able to send a screenshot of the error message and at what stage exactly do you get this error. Typically, you may need to provide the RAID controller drivers during the installation as the inbuilt drivers won't help here and when installing you get the option to install the drivers wherein you may provide them through the USB drive after you have extracted them.

To get some idea, you may also refer https://www.intel.in/content/www/in/en/support/articles/000005864/technologies.html

During the installation you get the following options

1. Refresh

2. Delete

3. Format

4. New

5. Load Drivers ---> This is where you can point to the drivers.

Thank You !
