Problem with Printer.. Listed 2 times Win XP
Hello; I juts installed 940c printer; I did all steps as directed. I didn't connect the printer until the cd installation told me to.
The printer looks like it's working fine, but under "Printers and Faxes" is listed two times.
*hp deskjet 940c series(2)
This is listed as default.
and
*hp deskjet 940c series.
Is this the extra one? or the one with the (2).
How can I fix this?
Also if I want to print a document, it shows me the two options (2-same printers).
Any way to fix this?
Thank you.

Re: Problem with Printer.. Listed 2 times Win XP
Just deletes the one you don???t want. I personally would delete the one with the (2) in it. After you delete it, right click on the remaining one and select that it is the default printer.
Most likely you did not even need the installation CD, XP probably had the drivers already. So as soon as you connected it, it got created.
