RPC server not available

I am running NT4 SP6 with Jetadmin 3.4 for NT. Every time I attempt to install
a printer via Jetadmin the RPC server becomes unavailable and can no longer see
any othr printer previously installed. If I reboot the RPC server comes back.
I have reinstalled Jetadmin, I have copied over spool.exe and spool.dll and
reinstalled SP6. I still have the same problem. Any thoughts anyone?
