If Server running without internet,

What the best way to patch the security updates?

If offline patching, what the chances of OS corrupt?

Offline patching is safe and It have same chances of OS corruption as online patching.

Then what the benefits if os corrupts all system goes down.

Without downtime of system i want to patch any possibilities?

There are very rare chance of OS crash due to patch update.
Reboot is required after patch installation for updates to take effect and stability to be maintained.
