Tetminal Emulator Add In- If reusable action is called second time in script,QTP is not recognising

I recently got terminal emulator 8.0 add in. I am seeing one issue. If I call resusable action second time in my script, it throws error message 'Cannot identify object TeTextScreen...........'
When I call this reusable actions first time in my script it works perfectly fine. But second time it throws error message. If I call copy of the same reusable action it works fine. Mercury Engineer asked me to install one patch which was made specially for this issue. I installed the patch, but it didn't solve the problem. Then Engineer said that it might not have worked because my attachmate version was 7.0 and this patch didn't support 7.0. So I upgraded atttachmate to 8.0 (EXTRA!X-treme 8.0 SP1). Still it didn't work.
Does anybody have seen the same issue and got the solution?
